Transfer deadline day is closing in and Nottingham Forest are not done yet after signing Liam Delap from Chelsea for an initial £45m on Thursday. The window shuts at 11pm on September 1 and Oliver Glasner has said he expects at least one more addition.

Right-back remains the priority, and The Athletic reports that Forest have offered £22m for Crystal Palace defender Daniel Munoz, made up of £20m plus £2m in add-ons, with the Eagles considering whether to accept. The 30-year-old has two years left on his deal and previously worked with Glasner.

Fabrizio Romano has said Forest are working on a deal for Corinthians midfielder Andre, with talks ongoing over the package. A fee of about €15m has been suggested, and AC Milan are said to have had an offer that could have exceeded €20m rejected in March.

The Daily Mail says AC Milan are showing interest in Omari Hutchinson, who came off the bench in Tuesday’s Carabao Cup defeat to Leeds. A loan with an obligation to buy is viewed as the most likely route if they proceed.

Further exits have been mooted, with Fichajes claiming Atletico Madrid are eyeing Igor Jesus, while Roma have been linked with Morato. With incomings and outgoings still possible, Forest face a busy few days.
