FC Porto have completed the signing of 18-year-old winger Gabriel Mec from Grêmio on a five-year contract to 30 June 2031.

The transfer carries a fixed €11m fee, with up to €1m in performance-related add-ons. O Jogo understands the deal includes an €80m release clause.

Grêmio will keep 12% of any future capital gain from a subsequent sale, and will assume responsibility for the solidarity mechanism owed to third parties.

Porto will incur intermediary service costs worth 4.5% of the fixed fee, which could rise to a maximum of 9% if objectives are met.

In the 2026 Brazilian season, Mec scored three goals and provided two assists in 32 appearances for the Porto Alegre club.
