OM travel to Nantes on Saturday at 15:00 without Himad Abdelli, left out by Habib Beye, and without first-choice goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli because of a back problem. According to L'Équipe, the issue is described as lumbago and both players were omitted from the squad named on Saturday morning.

The visitors are already depleted by suspensions and injuries, with Pavard, Weah, Aguerd, Egan-Riley, Kondogbia and Nadir unavailable.

Of the 22 players called up by Beye, only three are professional defenders, Leonardo Balerdi, Emerson Palmieri and Facundo Medina.

Tochukwu Nnadi could be asked to fill in at right back.

There is better news up front, with Amine Gouiri and Igor Paixao back to face the Canaris. The match could prove pivotal if OM are to keep alive hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.
