Geronimo Rulli expected to join Manchester City, Marseille target Bulka loan

According to L'Équipe, Marseille and Manchester City are expected to finalise on Thursday the transfer of Geronimo Rulli to the Premier League.

The clubs have an agreement in principle, with City to pay €3.5m to buy out the final year of the 34-year-old goalkeeper’s contract.

The former Montpellier player could travel to England as soon as Friday or Saturday.

Marseille have identified Marcin Bulka as Rulli’s replacement in recent days, and the club have already submitted a loan offer to Neom SC.

Following Facundo Medina’s move to Leverkusen, this would mark another Argentine departure from Marseille.
