Have La Liga dropped a Rodri to Barcelona hint? | OneFootball

The latest activity on the official website for Spanish top-flight football has turned heads amongst those of a Barcelona persuasion on Tuesday.

This comes after La Liga posted a highlights package centring on Manchester City star Rodri’s time spent plying his club trade in his home country.

Midfielder Rodri has of course been heavily linked with a return to Spain over the last week. Having made the call to bring a close to his stint in the Premier League, the 30-year-old has set his sights firmly on a move to Hansi Flick’s Barcelona.

An agreement on the personal terms of a contract is already understood to have been reached between the parties, with Deco and the Blaugrana brass hard at work to thrash out a similar deal with Man City.

And as alluded to above, La Liga now appear to have hinted that such an accord may be closer than ever to being found…

As showcased below, the website for the Spanish top tier, all of a sudden, has unveiled a video highlights package of Rodri’s days spent in the colours of Villarreal and Atlético Madrid:
