Héctor Fort has swapped La Masía for Zubieta and trained for the first time on Sunday under Pellegrino Matarazzo. According to Diario Vasco, the Catalan greeted his new team-mates on arrival then changed into training kit to start immediately.

The right-back worked with Real Sociedad players who were substitutes or did not feature in Saturday’s win over Espanyol. It was a post-match session with fewer numbers than a standard midweek training. Monday is a rest day, with full group work set to begin on Tuesday.
