Season ticket and premium seat holders list their tickets for resale if they can’t attend a home Premier League fixture. Tickets on Brentford’s Ticket Exchange are legitimate match tickets, and all sales are secure and facilitated by the club.
These tickets are on sale to members for three weeks before matchday. For Category B games including Friends and Family Access Fixtures (Category F), any remaining seats can be purchased by season ticket and premium seat holders if they want extra tickets.
Last season, tickets were available for every home Premier League match up until kick-off. We expect this trend to continue and for members to have access to tickets even at late notice.
Members who meet the minimum Ticket Access Points (TAPs) requirement for a match can:
Category B games only. Subject to availability after members' Exchange purchase window
Buying from the Exchange uses the same purchase journey as buying regular tickets, and you’ll find resale tickets on the seat map.
1. Go to eticketing.co.uk/brentfordfc and log in with your membership details
2. Click on the upcoming match you want to attend
3. On the pop-up, make sure Ticket Exchange seats are toggled on with the button on ‘Show Resale Tickets’, and tick ‘Ticket Exchange’ to include resale seats in your search. You can also toggle on searches for seats in premium areas by ticking its box.
4. Resale seats that have been listed on the Exchange will appear purple on the seat map (green seats are regular tickets)
5. Browse resale seats across the stadium (or find a seat near to your season ticket seat), click your desired seat and complete your purchase
As part of our commitment to transparent communications on ticketing at Brentford, we are pleased to share some key information on how fans are using the Ticket Exchange.
The following information is based on 2025/26 season data:
For season ticket and premium seat holders, if your ticket sells on the Exchange, we’ll give you a pro-rata credit reimbursement for that match.
If you list your ticket seven or more days before the game, you’ll get guaranteed credit, even if your ticket doesn’t sell.
Tickets listed as early as possible are far more likely to be sold and incur a credit reimbursement, which can be withdrawn as cash back into your bank before the end of the season.
Last season, new tickets were made available on the Ticket Exchange every day in the seven days leading up to home games, including on matchday. 2025/26 data shows that fans who list closer to the match are far less likely to sell their ticket.
Graph 1 (below) shows the number of new tickets listed per day before the game, as an average taken across the season
Graph 2 (below) shows the sell-through rate for tickets listed on different days building up to the game, as an average taken across the season
2025/26 season ticketing data shows that for every Premier League home fixture, there were tickets available on the Ticket Exchange up until kick-off.
We expect this level of availability to continue throughout 2026/27, even for our most in-demand games.
