Rob Edwards believes Wolves can sharpen their recruitment, and he has praised interim chairman Nathan Shi’s work off the field.
According to ExpressAndStar.com, 2025 was a year of disastrous recruitment for the club, contributing to a campaign in which they are expected to be relegated from the Premier League.
Nathan Shi has replaced Jeff Shi on an interim basis as chairman, and he is in contention for the permanent role.
Edwards also hopes to refine processes alongside technical director Matt Jackson, saying the current structure gives him confidence.
“I am, I feel that,” he said when asked if improvement is possible under the present setup.
“Even when it’s Jacko, Nathan and myself having conversations, I feel that there’s a real good alignment there.
“I feel that Nathan listens, which is really, really helpful and really good.”
