One of the most notable changes in the FC Barcelona team over the last season is the role of the forward Robert Lewandowski, as the Pole is no longer an automatic starter for Hansi Flick, and Ferran Torres is getting more game time ahead of him.

However, the Polish veteran still retains his deadly scoring skills, and this was once again on display as the Blaugranes came from behind to get a 1-3 win against Real Oviedo last night. Lewandowski entered the field only in the second half, and scored a goal with only his second touch on the ball, an impeccable header from an excellent Frenkie de Jong ball.

Despite his less prominent role this season, there is no doubt that Robert Lewandowski can turn out to be a crucial player for Barcelona, not only with his skills, but also with his leadership and experience.
