Ipswich agree deal to sign Palacios from Leverkusen

Ipswich Town look set to sign Exequiel Palacios from Bayer Leverkusen before the summer transfer window closes.
After lengthy negotiations, the two clubs have agreed a deal worth €30 million in total, according to Sky Germany.
The transfer fee consists of €25 million up front, with a further €5 million to be paid in bonuses.
Palacios has agreed personal terms with Ipswich on a contract running until 2030.
The final details of the deal are now being ironed out between Leverkusen and Ipswich, with the central midfielder in line to undergo his medical afterwards.
Palacios has spent the past six and a half years at Leverkusen, making 186 appearances for the club, scoring 15 goals and providing 17 assists.
