Ipswich Town beat Swansea City 3-0 at Portman Road to stay fourth in the Championship, with the visitors slipping to 16th.

Anis Mehmeti opened the scoring in the third minute, rifling into the top right from the centre of the box. It was the Albanian's first goal for the Tractor Boys since joining in January.

Ivan Azon Monzon doubled the lead (41.), finishing low to the far corner after Leif Davis' pass from the left.

After the restart, Christian Walton kept out efforts as Swansea pressed for a route back. Substitute George Hirst then added a third from Mehmeti's pass (74.).

Zan Vipotnik struck the bar with a free-kick in the fifth minute of second half stoppage time.

The Tractor Boys registered six shots on target from 11 attempts. Walton made three saves to secure his clean sheet.

Next, the Tractor Boys host Hull. Swansea host Stoke.
