Leeds United Women are delighted to announce Izzy Dean as one of four new signings this summer ahead of the opening day.

Most recently featuring for Cheadle Town Women, the central defender was key to the side’s second-placed finish last campaign.

Izzy made her breakthrough at Brighouse Town Women, tallying up 44 appearances before making the switch to Halifax Women, where she went on to pull the blue shirt on 28 times.

The 25-year-old arrived at Cheadle ahead of the 2024/25 season, where she went on to make 60 appearances in two years, netting six in the process.

Izzy joins the Whites with a wealth of experience at this level and above, adding strength to Simon Wood’s defensive unit, which only conceded 19 times last term.
