KINGSTON, Jamaica — The Final Round of the Concacaf Qualifiers to the 2026 FIFA World Cup continued with Jamaica earning a 4-nil win over Bermuda in Group B on Tuesday at the National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica.
The Reggae Boyz jumped ahead first on an own goal in the 24’, as Bermuda’s Dante Leverock headed a free kick past his keeper.
Jamaica doubled the lead just two minutes later when Renaldo Cephas made a run along the left side and fed a sliding Bobby De Cordova-Reid for the strike.
In the 35’, Cephas made another strong run, going at a pair of defenders and sending in the cross to Shamar Nicholson for the easy tap in.
Dujuan Richards put the exclamation point on the win in the 76’, when he stepped up without hesitation, surrounded by defenders, and blasted the fourth of the night for the hosts.
The victory puts the Reggae Boyz atop Group B with nine points and officially eliminates Bermuda from World Cup contention.
Jamaica will continue its World Cup qualifying campaign against Trinidad and Tobago on November 13. Bermuda will host Curaçao on the same day.
