Our colleague Mohamed Toubache-TER reports that Montpellier are in advanced talks to sign Dutch international central defender Jeffrey Bruma, who will be a free agent next month when his Wolfsburg contract expires.
He is the Montpellier’s board’s priority for the centre-back position and Bruma is understood to have already agreed provisional terms with the Ligue 1 club.

A deal is not yet imminent, as although the 29-year-old is currently prioritising MHSC, he is waiting before making a final decision.
