Jesús Vázquez says Copa del Rey helps Valencia and does not get in the way

Jesús Vázquez said the Copa del Rey always excites and that it has reinforced Valencia’s confidence after progressing to the next round.

He said he thought they produced a strong first half and that going in front early was key, which makes the job easier. According to Superdeporte, Valencia were able to impose their rhythm from the start.
