Jorginho was sent off in Flamengo’s Copa Libertadores quarter-final second leg against Independiente del Valle, which would sideline him for the first leg of any semi-final. According to Coluna Do Fla, the dismissal has handed Flamengo a fresh selection concern.

At the Maracanã, the Ecuadorian side led 1-0 after Reasco scored in the 31st minute of the first half. Despite trailing on the night, Flamengo are currently set to reach the semi-finals after winning the first leg 2-0 in Quito.
