Kristjaan Speaklman ‘linked with’ double Sunderland move as Ilan Kebbal and Antonino Gallo emerge | OneFootball

According to Sunderland Echo, Sunderland are being linked with a late-window double move, with Ilan Kebbal and Antonino Gallo among names under consideration.

Ipswich Town are considering a £10million bid for Paris FC winger Kebbal, who was on Wearside’s radar earlier this month alongside Premier League interest. Despite time away at the Africa Cup of Nations, he has seven goals and five assists in 19 appearances this season.

Ipswich are viewed as the most proactive suitors, with Sunderland, Fulham, Crystal Palace and West Ham also tracking the 27-year-old. Their window already includes the loan of Dan Neil from Sunderland, and he will not return after his contract expires this summer.

Sunderland are also monitoring Lecce left-back Gallo after Arthur Masuaku’s exit. The 26-year-old has 175 senior appearances, one goal and 10 assists since 2020.

Le Bris retains left-back options in Reinildo Mandava and Dennis Cirkin, while Celtic are watching Gallo as cover for Marcelo Saracchi’s injury issues.

With time still on the clock, no deals are close, and Sunderland appear to be balancing opportunism with caution amid heavy competition.
