Referee Jérémie Pignard sent off Lens centre-back Kyllian Antonio in the 39th minute of the Trophée des champions against PSG on Sunday.
Earlier, Lens captain Florian Thauvin had opened the scoring, pouncing at the far post.

Antonio was dismissed for a poorly controlled right-footed tackle on Maghnès Akliouche, the Portuguese PSG midfielder, catching his left ankle with his studs.
Pignard did not hesitate and was right to show the red card to the 18-year-old defender.
The match took place at Stade Bollaert-Delelis.
