According to El Periódico Mediterráneo, LaLiga has included the anti-racism protocol activation in Real Sociedad B v CD Castellón in its weekly submission to the RFEF Disciplinary Committee and the Anti-Violence Commission.
Late on, local player Kita informed the referee that CD Castellón's Alberto Jiménez had called him "puto chino", which triggered the protocol. No member of the officiating team heard the alleged remark, and the referee's report reflected that it occurred in the fourth minute of stoppage time.
The committee is likely to refrain from acting ex officio and instead open a confidential inquiry to clarify events, similar to the recent Rafa Mir case.
The report also covered matchday 27 of LaLiga EA Sports, listing 10 incidents from Getafe v Betis, including a five-minute stoppage in the sixth minute after National Police intervened when home fans approached the away section. The first phase of the anti-violence protocol was activated.
It noted abusive chants towards Betis and Leganés there, plus in Balaídos insults at Real Madrid and Spain. Bottle throwing in Vigo and Málaga was recorded, including one that missed a Madrid player in Vigo, and "Asencio, muérete" was heard once.
It further recorded insults at Barcelona and their fans by Athletic Club supporters at San Mamés on nine occasions, and the chant "Arriba con la goma 2 que en Euskadi se prepara, pim, pam, pum, la revolución" once.
