According to Daily Echo, Cyle Larin's Championship Golden Boot odds have been cut to 9/2, making the Southampton striker second favourite behind Middlesbrough's Will Lankshear at 3/1.
The Canadian has four goals in four league outings and holds the best goals-per-90 rate in the division.
No player has scored more than Larin since he made his league debut in February, and he also struck twice for his country at this year's World Cup.
Bettors have rallied behind the 31-year-old, who accounts for 38 per cent of this week's Championship top scorer wagers. Lankshear has drawn 27 per cent as the market leader.
Jarrod Bowen is third in the betting at 7/1, with Raul Jimenez priced at 10/1.
