L’AS Monaco have loaned third-choice goalkeeper Yann Lienard, 23, to Cercle Bruges.
According to Nice-Matin, the Aubagne-born keeper heads to the Belgian side in search of game time.
Lienard has made only one senior appearance for Monaco, a Coupe de France round of 32 tie against Union Saint-Jean in December 2024. He joined the club in 2016.
His departure sees Jules Stawiecki assume the role of third-choice goalkeeper. The Belgian transfer window closes today.
A year ago he had also sought a loan, with Montpellier interested, although no agreement was reached.
He becomes the third Monaco player to join Bruges on loan this summer, following defender Valy Konaté and forward Lucas Michal.
