Gianluca Di Marzio reports that Lazio have decided not to proceed with signing free agent Bamba Dieng after issues emerged during medical tests.
The 26-year-old was in the Italian capital on Thursday for intensive checks ahead of a proposed move.

Lazio were already aware of his medical history, with concerns centred on a knee problem before the tests took place.
Dieng is out of contract after leaving Lorient at the end of the 2025-26 season. He has 24 Senegal caps and has also played for Angers, Marseille and Diambars.
He had hoped to agree a three-year deal worth 1.5m per season, plus a 500,000 signing-on bonus.
