Lazio have signed 19-year-old attacking midfielder Adrian Przyborek from Pogon Szczecin. The teenage talent joins from Poland’s Ekstraklasa for around €6 million.

The Dockers’ youth academy graduate joins the Biancocelesti as their fifth transfer of the winter window, following Petar Ratkov, Kenneth Taylor, Edoardo Motta, and Daniel Maldini.

The agreement for the young player reportedly comes in at €4.5 million plus bonuses of approximately €1.5 million and a 20% interest on any future resale. Przyborek will be in Rome today for a medical and will then join his new team after signing a five-year contract worth approximately €1 million per season plus bonuses.

The Pole’s signing has been made with a view to the future. Przyborek only recently turned 19 years old at the start of January, but many in his homeland believe he is a truly promising talent. He’s certainly progressed quickly in his brief career already. He made his debut in the Polish top flight in February 2023 at just 16 years and one month old.

Since then, he has played a total of 83 games across the league, domestic cup, and Conference League for Pogon Szczecin, scoring five goals.

In the words of Gazzetta dello Sport, he is a technical and quick attacking midfielder, but his position is flexible, meaning he can also play as a central midfielder. In Sarri’s 4-3-3, he can find a place as a wide forward, a false nine, or even a central midfielder. Given his young age, however, it is likely that his integration will occur gradually.

On the other hand, Dutchman Noslin is very close to joining Monaco. Negotiations between Lazio and the Monegasque club are reportedly at an advanced stage and could be completed soon. A loan-to-buy option is being considered, which Lazio is trying to enforce. The deal is believed to be worth around €20 million in its entirety. This figure would guarantee the Biancocelesti a substantial capital gain, with the striker costing around €15 million.
