Leeds United could revisit a move for Harry Wilson in the summer, with the Fulham attacker out of contract and Premier League rivals tracking him. Everton, Sunderland and Crystal Palace are among the clubs linked.
TalkSPORT reports that the 28-year-old is currently leaning towards a summer exit from Craven Cottage, raising the prospect of a free transfer.
Leeds made a deadline-day push ahead of the 2025/26 season, submitting a bid understood to be around £10m, booking a flight from Cardiff and filing a deal sheet for extra time. Fulham withdrew late in the process.
Wilson has been in outstanding form this season, with seven goals and four assists, and is the only Fulham player to reach double figures for combined goal involvements.
He can speak to foreign clubs over a pre-contract now, but cannot discuss a move with domestic sides until his deal expires. Any departure is expected to come in the summer, with Fulham continuing talks over a new deal that currently looks unlikely. The club do not plan to sell mid-season, even if that means no fee.
Leeds want a longer-term solution for the right-wing or No.10 role. Facundo Buonanotte arrived on loan from Brighton last week and is expected to return to the south coast at the end of the season. A move to West Yorkshire would also see Wilson line up alongside compatriots Ethan Ampadu, Joe Rodon, Dan James and Karl Darlow.
Leeds beat off competition for free agent Dominic Calvert-Lewin last summer, the striker turning down a late offer from a Champions League club. They also pipped Burnley to Lukas Nmecha, who joined on a free after leaving VfL Wolfsburg.
