Leeds United reached the FA Cup quarter-finals with a 3-0 win over Norwich City at Elland Road on Sunday. According to yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk, there were plenty of off-camera angles.

Gabriel Gudmundsson, set to become a father in the summer, claimed his first Leeds goal and first assist, and was excellent at both ends. Lucas Perri was tidy throughout, his clean sheet and distribution reassuring.

Jaka Bijol pressed his claim for a Premier League recall and even burst into the area like a number eight, while Joel Piroe finished clinically and nearly had a second despite fasting in daylight.

Sebastiaan Bornauw looked uneasy on the right in possession and was replaced at half-time, later saying he had not felt 100 per cent in recent days.

Off the pitch, Noah Okafor, in a pink jacket, posed for photos by the West Stand and Kop corner, and Lukas Nmecha hugged TNT’s Joleon Lescott.

Ao Tanaka picked up wind-blown papers from the TNT desk and returned them. He also nutmegged Nmecha in a drill, drawing a shove that sent him off the pitch and close to a camera, which he laughed off.

Sean Longstaff swatted at a flying insect during the warm-up. Jermaine Beckford greeted Leeds staff, then Illan Meslier, with hugs, while Philippe Clement rollicked substitute Forson Amankwah.

In the mixed zone, Gudmundsson completed media duties while bleeding through his socks on his left toes and his right shin.
