Leicester City have completed the signing of Swiss international forward Alisha Lehmann on a two-and-a-half-year deal.

Lehmann started her senior career with BSC Young Boys Frauen before spending time in the English game with West Ham United, Everton and Aston Villa. The forward moved to Italy in 2024 where she joined Juventus. She won the league title and Coppa Italia with The Black and Whites before signing for Como last summer.

On the international stage, Lehmann has been capped by Switzerland on 65 occasions while she has scored 10 goals for her country.

After joining Leicester City, Lehmann said “It feels amazing and I’m so happy to be here. It feels like a homecoming, coming back to England, and I’m really happy.

“Leicester is an amazing club. I’ve seen the training ground and, of course, the stadium. They want to push women’s football forward.”

Lehmann will be available for selection once the necessary international clearance has been received.
