FAZ reports that RB Leipzig are showing keen interest in Real Betis midfielder Sergi Altimira, with Eintracht Frankfurt also in the frame.
The report adds that sporting director Marcel Schäfer is already in advanced talks with the 24-year-old's representatives.

Frankfurt are intrigued but would need to move players out first to cut wages, a scenario Leipzig hope to capitalise on.
Leipzig have also been linked in recent days with Celtic's Arne Engels and Ardon Jashari of AC Milan.
Rocco Reitz of Borussia Mönchengladbach is reported to remain top of the Saxony club's wishlist.
Altimira previously turned down an offer from Galatasaray worth €25 million and a €3 million annual salary. He is under contract with Betis until 2029, although it is unlikely he will see it through in full.
