Leonardo Jardim is intensifying Flamengo’s preparations for the Botafogo derby, stepping up work with his squad.

According to Coluna Do Fla, the squad will train on Friday morning at Ninho do Urubu, starting at 10:00 Brasília time.

It is the penultimate session before the game. Another workout is set for Saturday 29, with the final practice scheduled for 16:00 Brasília time.

On Saturday 22, Flamengo went ahead through Pedro in the first half against Cruzeiro. Arroyo equalised nine minutes into the second half, then in stoppage time at 49 minutes Matheus Pereira completed the turnaround to 2-1 for the Minas club.
