Lille target NEC Nijmegen winger Sami Ouaissa | OneFootball

LOSC Lille are reportedly keen to sign NEC Nijmegen’s Sami Ouaissa (21), according to information from Foot Mercato.

In search of reinforcements for their right wing, the northern club are said to have made the Dutchman one of their targets. However, competition is set to be fierce, with Eredivisie giants PSV and Feyenoord also said to have set their sights on Ouaissa.

Having come through youth ranks at Roda JC, the Hoensbroek-born player joined Nijmegen in the summer of 2024, quickly establishing himself as a key member of the squad. A starter in 36 of his 37 appearances across all competitions last season, Ouaissa stood out in particular for his decisive contributions, scoring eight goals and providing seven assists during the campaign.

An international with three caps for the Dutch Under-21s, the left-footed player has already stated his desire to represent Morocco at professional level, as he holds dual nationality.
