Liverpool have agreed a deal to sign Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola in a transfer worth a potential £120m, with more than £100m of that guaranteed.

Barcola is closing in on becoming the latest major addition at Anfield, with his arrival potentially opening the door for Cody Gakpo to join Tottenham.

Spurs remain keen on the Netherlands international, whose future depends on Liverpool completing their move for Barcola.

Chelsea target Ahanor

Chelsea are in talks to sign highly-rated Atalanta defender Honest Ahanor, according to BBC Sport.

The 18-year-old is regarded as one of the brightest young defensive talents in Serie A and the Blues are looking to add him to their squad before the transfer window closes.

Jackson set for Villa medical

Nicolas Jackson is set to undergo a medical with Aston Villa after the Midlands club agreed a £65m deal with Chelsea for the striker, according to The Telegraph.

That deal is then expected to allow Ollie Watkins to join Al Hilal for £51m.

Villa are also facing competition from Crystal Palace for Club Brugge defender Joel Ordonez, with the Eagles attempting to hijack their move, BBC Sport reports.

Aston Villa have also enquired about West Ham defender Jean-Clair Todibo, according to the Daily Mail, as they continue to explore options to strengthen their defence.

Ipswich Town, meanwhile, are close to agreeing a loan deal with Villa for striker Tammy Abraham, Sky Sports report.

City and Arsenal monitor Ndiaye

Manchester City and Arsenal are both showing interest in Everton forward Iliman Ndiaye, according to TalkSport, with the Senegal international reportedly valued at around £80m.

Manchester City attacker Jack Grealish is also attracting interest, with Everton and Sunderland among those monitoring his situation.
