Liverpool remain in talks with Paris Saint-Germain over a potential move for Bradley Barcola (23), according to Fabrizio Romano, with the winger’s future at the European champions still unresolved. Daily negotiations are ongoing between the two clubs over a possible deal for the 23-year-old.

Personal terms are not an issue with the former Lyon forward keen on a move to Anfield this summer. Barcola was an unused substitute as PSG defeated Aston Villa 2-1 in the UEFA Super Cup on Wednesday, adding further intrigue to his situation.

PSG open to selling Barcola to Liverpool?

PSG president Nasser Al-Khelaifi subsequently refused to rule out an exit for the France international, telling Canal+: “We will see in the next days. We are discussing, we are negotiating.” This provides confirmation that the French international forward is no longer considered untouchable, although Liverpool must still reach a financial agreement with PSG to complete a deal.
