“We’ll see!” — Al-Khelaifi won’t guarantee Bradley Barcola stay at PSG as Liverpool push for transfer | OneFootball

Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has refused to guarantee that Bradley Barcola will remain at the club beyond the transfer window.

Barcola is a leading transfer target forLiverpool who have held talks with PSG over a potential deal.

Liverpool have identified Barcola as a top target to strengthen their frontline, following the departure of Mohamed Salah this summer. However, the Reds are reluctant to meet PSG's current asking price of a British record £145m.

Barcola is keen to leave PSG for thePremier League, after struggling to command an automatic role in Luis Enrique's side.

The 23-year-old was an unused substitute during PSG's 2-1 UEFA Super Cup win over Aston Villa on Wednesday night, and featured only sporadically during the latter stages of last season's Champions League success.

Liverpool are reportedly prepared to pay around £110m for the France international, while Arsenal have also monitored his situation at the Parc des Princes.

Meanwhile, PSG have signed Maghnes Akliouche and are in discussions to add Ferran Torres and Mika Godts to their squad.

Discussing Barcola's future, Al-Khelaifi said PSG were relaxed about the situation and refused to rule out a sale this summer.

"We’re working calmly, we don’t talk too much, we do," he toldCanal Plus.

"I can’t say whether he will leave or not. Today, he is a PSG player. We’ll see!”
