Lyon have completed the €3.5 million loan signing of Belgium international Loïs Openda from Juventus. The 26-year-old joins after the move was confirmed on Tuesday.
The club said they had made a number nine their priority in recent weeks and were pleased to have him for this season, with the Champions League third qualifying round against Sparta Prague due next week.

After 21 goals in 42 appearances for Lens, Openda hit 33 in 69 Bundesliga matches for RB Leipzig.
He struggled at Juventus last season, scoring two goals in 34 appearances. He has 33 caps for Belgium and three goals.
Juventus would have preferred a sale but will cover part of his salary, which is about €3 million net per season.
