Lucas Paquetá arrives in Rio to report to Flamengo

Lucas Paquetá has arrived in Rio de Janeiro to report to Flamengo, with supporters and media waiting in a reserved area at Galeão airport. He is expected to appear shortly.

"I am very anxious. I cannot lie. I really want to play soon and be on the pitch in this shirt. I want to enjoy myself, be happy. Bringing joy to the Nation is what I want most," he told Flamengo TV.

After a brief interview, he moved towards arrivals to greet Flamengo fans.

He chartered a plane to reach the city as quickly as possible, aiming to bring forward his arrival. The flight was scheduled to land at 11:07.
