Mainz 05 have received an offer worth around €30 million for Kaishu Sano from an unnamed Premier League club, according to Bild.
The offer also includes a substantial sell-on clause for the Bundesliga outfit, the report claims.

Sano himself is said to be keen on a move to England, but whether the offer can convince Mainz to sell is highly doubtful.
A significantly higher fee of around €50-60 million has previously been mentioned for the Japan international.
At the same time, Mainz sporting director Christian Heidel previously ruled out the possibility of selling Sano on deadline day, saying that he would need time to react.
Several Premier League clubs have been credited with an interest in Sano, including Liverpool, Newcastle United and, most recently, Crystal Palace.
