In a recent report, Bild revealed that Manchester United are keeping a keen eye on Juventus forward Dusan Vlahovic. It is understood that the Red Devils are showing interest in signing the Serbian striker on a free transfer next year.
The 25-year-old has made a decent start to this campaign and has done well to produce a few impressive displays as the focal point of Juventus’ attack. Vlahovic has banged in four goals and earned one assist in six matches for the Turin club this season in various competitions.
The Serbian sensation has led the line well for the Italian giants as he is averaging 3.13 shots per 90 minutes in Serie A. He kept 42.9% of his attempts on target. However, Vlahovic needs to improve his ball distribution up top, based on his pass completion rate of 60% in the Italian top tier (stats via fbref.com).
His current contract at the Italian club will run out at the end of this campaign. Hence, Man United could potentially sign him on a free transfer next summer.

Vlahovic is proficient at finding a yard of space for himself to get a few strikes in at goal. He has got the vision to create some inviting chances for his teammates in the final third and is a good dribbler with the ball as well.
The Serbian sensation can be a prolific goal-scorer in the final third when he is playing with confidence on the pitch. However, Vlahovic has to find a way to improve his link-up play in the opposition half. Furthermore, it remains to be seen whether he can make a smooth transition to life in the Premier League if Man United can find a way to snap him up next year.
Vlahovic would inject more quality into Ruben Amorim’s frontline. He has got the experience to serve as an upgrade over Benjamin Sesko, who has made a tough start to his Man United career. The Serbian talent could even help the Mancunian club challenge for a European spot in the Premier League over the next few years.
At 25, Vlahovic has his peak years ahead of him, which makes him a decent fit for the Red Devils to pursue at the end of this campaign.
