Mattia Perin ‘to sign’ for Palermo after deal agreed | OneFootball

According to Fabrizio Romano, Juventus and Palermo have agreed a deal for Mattia Perin, with medical tests planned for early this week.

Perin, once close to joining Benfica in 2019, has been with Juventus since 2018/19 but never established himself as first choice.

His exit should open the door for Kamil Grabara to join Juventus. The 27-year-old has been with Wolfsburg since 2024/25 and has two years left on his contract. He is viewed as the leading candidate to serve as back-up in goal.

In 2019, Benfica reached agreement with Juventus and Perin over a move to Estádio da Luz.

The deal collapsed after his medical, when the recovery period was assessed at around four months, longer than initially expected.
