Real Madrid welcomed Inter Milan at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to secure a good result at home in the UEFA Champions League. Los Blancos made a bright start to the game and scored the opening goal in the 14th minute thanks to Kylian Mbappe’s goal. Federico Valverde doubled his team’s lead in the 23rd minute as Jose Mourinho’s men went into the half-time break with a comfortable two-goal lead.

Carlos Augusto got a goal back for the Milan club in the 77th minute. However, the Madrid outfit managed to see the game through and earned an impressive 2-1 win in front of their home fans.

He performed his defensive duties well and was tidy with his ball distribution.
