Michele Di Gregorio joins Bournemouth | OneFootball

Bournemouth have brought in Juventus goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio on loan for the 2026/27 season as they look to strengthen between the posts.

The 29-year-old arrives with plenty of experience from his time in Serie A  and will now get the chance to test himself in the Premier League.

Di Gregorio started out in Inter Milan’s academy but had to work his way up the Italian game, spending time with Renate, Novara and Pordenone before making his mark at Monza. He helped the club reach Serie A for the first time and quickly became one of the division’s standout goalkeepers.

His impressive 2023/24 campaign saw him named Serie A’s Best Goalkeeper after keeping 14 clean sheets in 37 appearances.Juventus signed him in 2024 and he went on to make 37 appearances last season.

Bournemouth have paid around €1.3m for the loan, with a further €800,000 available in bonuses. They also have the option to sign Di Gregorio permanently for €12.7m, with another €1.5m potentially due in add-ons.
