Mikel Arteta’s assistant reveals what his best quality is

Mikel Arteta is reaping the rewards of his work as Arsenal manager, and the former midfielder is looking to continue winning trophies with the Gunners.

After finally winning the league title last season, Arteta is aiming for more success and knows that achieving those goals will require continued hard work. The Spaniard has established himself as an important figure at Arsenal, but his influence extends beyond what supporters see on matchdays.

Arteta leads Arsenal by example

Arteta works extremely hard behind the scenes, and that approach has helped create a strong working environment around the team. He has several top coaches working alongside him, but they are all answerable to him, just like the players.

Molina praises Arteta’s influence

Molina said to Marca:

“His best quality is that he’s able to bring out the best in the people around him, both the players and the staff, because ultimately he’s the greatest example of hard work and quality in that work.”

Molina’s comments highlight the importance of Arteta’s example within the Arsenal set-up. His influence is not limited to the players, as the coaching staff also work under his guidance and are expected to maintain high standards.

After securing the league title last season, Arteta now has the opportunity to pursue further success with a squad and staff that continue to work towards the same goals. His ability to influence those around him remains an important part of his approach as Arsenal manager.
