Bristol City, Norwich City & Stoke City should all consider signing Millwall's Aidomo Emakhu, who is set to leave the Lions on deadline day.
Millwall attacker Aidomo Emakhu could leave The Den on a permanent deal on deadline day, with a whole host of Championship clubs interested in signing him.
The Republic of Ireland international came through the ranks at Shamrock Rovers before joining up with Millwall in 2023, but is now potentially leaving the club on a permanent basis, with journalist William Scott reporting that there is plenty of interest.
Emakhu has featured 27 times for the Lions this season in the Championship, scoring twice and assisting once, but with Alex Neil strengthening his attacking arsenal with Tommy Watson on loan from Brighton, game-time will be harder to come by in the second half of the campaign.
The 22-year-old has previously been the subject of multiple bids from League One side Wycombe Wanderers, which were all turned down by Millwall in the summer.
However, with the London club now reportedly happy to sanction his exit, Football League World looked at three Championship clubs who could strike a last-minute deal to sign Emakhu.

Things at Bristol City aren't exactly sunshine and rainbows currently, following a difficult January which has seen them lose top goalscorer Anis Mehmeti, along with long-serving defender Zak Vyner, who is poised to join Wrexham.
The Robins have recruited Delano Burgzorg on loan from Middlesbrough, George Earthy on loan from West Ham, and Sam Morsy on a free transfer thus far, and will now be keen to find a replacement for their departed top scorer.
Whilst Burgzorg fills that role on the left, he doesn't belong to Bristol City, and they will be keen to find a permanent replacement for him. Sam Bell is currently the only other left-winger in the squad, and his long-term future at Ashton Gate isn't set in stone either.
With that in mind, Gerhard Struber's side should certainly look at bringing Emakhu in to replace Mehmeti. Whilst he isn't as clinical as the Albanian, he offers a direct and powerful style of play, which will open up plenty of attacking avenues.
Emakhu is also three years younger than Mehmeti, and whilst he may not be on his level just yet, there is plenty of time for him to develop into a top-level Championship player. He also already has plenty of experience at the level at such a young age.
This may be more of a 'project signing' for Bristol City, but they could reap huge rewards should the Irishman succeed at Ashton Gate.

Another club who could target Emakhu is Stoke City. The Potters sit 12th in the Championship despite a strong start to the season, and are already in the market for a left-winger heading into deadline day.
As is the volatile nature of the transfer market, Stoke were closing in on sealing a deal to sign Jesurun Rak-Sakyi, but a delay in the deal has seen Millwall make a late swoop to try and hijack the transfer, according to Alan Nixon.
If the Lions do land Rak-Sakyi, Stoke could well turn to them in order to find an alternative option. This is where Emakhu may come into play in this particular transfer saga.
With Rak-Sakyi in the building, the Irishman will be even more surplus to requirements at The Den, and he would represent an easy alternative for Mark Robins' side to land.
Capable across all attacking areas, Emakhu will offer the Potters a young, direct, and versatile option in their attacking arsenal. His ability to fashion crossing opportunities will help create more chances for the likes of new star striker Milan Smit and Robert Bozenik.
Stoke are also less of a direct rival to Milwall than Bristol City, so all-in-all, a deal shouldn't be too difficult to do for the former Premier League side should they see him as a viable Rak-Sakyi alternative.

Finally, on our list of clubs who could potentially look to sign Emakhu is Norwich City, who have been one of the biggest surprises in the Championship this season, but for all the wrong reasons.
Before Philippe Clement arrived at Carrow Road, the Canaries were in serious trouble, languishing in the relegation zone with tensions high between the board, head coach and supporters, which ultimately led to the sacking of Liam Manning.
The Belgian has dragged Norwich out of the bottom three, but they aren't out of the woods just yet, and could be looking to add some attacking reinforcements going into the final 24 hours of the transfer window.
When you look at where the current squad would be upgradeable, the wide areas instantly spring to mind. Matej Jurasek hasn't been getting the minutes he'd have hoped since his move from Slavia Prague, whilst question marks are there over Tony Springett's suitability for Championship football.
Emakhu's versatility would come in handy at Norwich, as not only would he be able to cover for Papa Diallo and Ali Ahmed on the left, but he can also do a job on the right, and would offer a more threatening option than someone like Springett - albeit Diallo has also played on the right recently.
Norwich don't currently have anyone who is of a similar profile to the 22-year-old, so signing him could prove to be a much-needed addition out wide, as they look to climb even further away from the drop zone.
