A spitting row has broken out following Saturday’s feisty derby showdown between Millwall and West Ham. Lions goalkeeper Filip Marschall accused Hammers forward Valentin ‘Taty’ Castellanos of spitting at him during a dramatic second half of a pulsating Championship fixture at The Den.
