Moises Caicedo has just done a round of “quickfire questions” for the Chelsea website which produced some interesting answers.

We still don’t feel like we know this group super well, as there’s been so much turnover. So it’s good to find out more. Caicedo is still a little shy, a far cry from his commanding presence in the middle of midfield.

Asked who the funniest Chelsea player was, Caicedo didn’t hesitate and answered “[Marc] Cucurella, for sure.”

“Because he’s always talking, you know, he’s always making jokes, but always in a good way. So everybody laughs and it’s so important to have him because he’s always in a good mood.”

As for the fastest, Caicedo demurred perhaps even less on that:

“Pedro Neto. Yeah for sure [that’s clear].”

The strongest? You can probably guess.

“I will say Reece James.”

The best dribbler was “between Estevao and Cole [Palmer].”

Finally, the answer to who is the dressing room DJ was “the kitman.”

“When we arrive in the dressing room, the music is already on. So I guess it’s him.”

We wonder if that’s our old friend Billy?

“I try sometimes to understand the music, but it’s so difficult for me.”

Well you just worry about playing Moises, you’re doing a pretty good job of that.

In other news…

Caicedo has been valued at £200m by Pat Nevin, who doesn’t think Chelsea would sell him but knows what it would cost Real Madrid if they were ever to try and persuade the Blues.

Alejandro Garnacho took full advantage of Chelsea’s run of games between international breaks, looking effective after getting up to speed physically and nailing down a left wing spot. The stats are all very positive.
