Nottingham Forest are without centre-back Murillo at Elland Road, with a slight calf issue sustained in Thursday's training. According to Nottingham Post, he is not in the match squad.

Forest are also missing goalkeeper Matz Sels for the Friday night meeting, the groin problem that ruled him out of the second half of last weekend's 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace keeps him sidelined.

Callum Hudson-Odoi is fit to start after being withdrawn at half-time against Crystal Palace, having shaken off a shoulder issue.

Head coach Sean Dyche makes three changes, Morato replaces Murillo, new signing Stefan Ortega comes in for Sels and Zach Abbott starts at right-back instead of the suspended Neco Williams.

The starting XI is Ortega in goal, a back four of Abbott, Nikola Milenkovic, Morato and Ola Aina, Ibrahim Sangare with Elliot Anderson in midfield, Hudson-Odoi, Morgan Gibbs-White and Nicolas Dominguez supporting Igor Jesus.

Winter arrivals Lorenzo Lucca and Luca Netz are among the substitutes, both will hope to make their first appearances. The bench also includes Angus Gunn, Taiwo Awoniyi, Dan Ndoye, Omari Hutchinson, Ryan Yates, Jair Cunha and James McAtee.
