FULL-TIME: Finland 0-2 Netherlands

Goals from Memphis Depay and Denzel Dumfries were more than enough to guarantee all three points for Oranje, who starts their WCQ campaign off comfortably.

Nearly into the final 20 minutes of action here.

Ronald Koeman makes two further changes as he introduces Wout Weghorst and Justin Kluivert at the expense of Memphis Depay and Tijjani Reijnders.

It remains heavily lopsided in favour of the visitors.

Play resumes as the second-half is underway, with Netherlands on the hunt for a third goal to put matters to bed

It's halftime in Helsinki as the Netherlands have one foot in the doorway toward three points in their opening World Cup Qualifying fixture, still enjoying a 2-0 lead.

Finland has barely threatened in the opening half-hour, scraping together just two shots while managing just 30% possession thus far. A third goal surely will put the contest beyond doubt.

GOAL!

A marauding Denzel Dumfries crashes into the box to strike with a first-time finish at the back post from Cody Gakpo's lofted cross to put the Netherlands comfortably ahead by a 2-0 scoreline.

That's double-digit international goals for the Inter wing-back.

That was just the start the Dutch needed on the night, with Poland already starting qualifying a perfect 2-0-0 and Finland banking four points from six across their opening two fixtures.

GOAL!

An early strike from Memphis Depay gifts Oranje a 1-0 lead just six minutes into the match, hitting his 48th international goal on his 101st cap.

And we're underway at Helsingin Olympiastadion for this Group 3 fixture as the Netherlands look to get off on the right foot ahead of the 2026 World Cup.

And for you Finnish fans out there, here's the Huuhkajat XI.

For those that missed it, here is the Netherlands XI this evening.

Stay tuned as the Netherlands locks horns with Finland, which will kick off in just under 45 minutes.

Friendly Score Update (HT):

Scorers: Isaksen 45+2'; Højbjerg 6' (OG)

Another strong performance from Lazio's Gustav Isaken should help him build on his growing profile on the continent after an influential 2024/25 campaign in Rome.

FULL TIME! Andorra 0-1 England

It wasn't pretty but Tuchel's men get the job done.

CHANCE!

That should've been a second! A speedy counter sees Madueke try and tee up Gordon but he can't connect with it

Three minutes left at the end of this one but it's fair to say England have been home and dry for a good while since Kane's opener.

CHANCE!

Bellingham floats a cross in from the right for Eze to meet but Álvarez is able to get a hand to his header.

The Bayern striker's latest goal for this country comes in a milestone moment

GOAL! Andorra 0-1 England

Finally Tuchel's men have their opener! Kane is on hand to pounce after Álvarez initially denied him before Madueke tees him up for a follow-up

SECOND HALF!

We're back to it in Barcelona

HALF TIME! Andorra 0-0 England

Boos from the travelling England fans and it's easy to see why. This hasn't been a vintage display by Tuchel's side despite dominating proceedings and chances. On the plus side, Madueke has looked particularly promising out wide.

Just the one minute of added time in this half...

No sign of that England goal as we approach the half-time interval. Patient build-up has definitely been key for Tuchel but they have created a few openings

CHANCE!

Madueke involved again as he pings the ball to the edge of the box, where Bellngham hits it with the outside of his boot but Álvarez has it covered.

England still very much in the driving seat as the possession stats show with 75% in their favour. All that's missing is a goal.

CHANCE!

Tuchel's side are getting closer as Madueke plays a ball across the face of goal which Jones is able to square to Kane but he flashes it wide

CHANCE!

It's been a patient start from England but Madueke goes for goal from distances and forces a good save from Álvarez, who parries the ball away for a corner which comes to nothing.

KICK OFF! We're underway at the RCDE Stadium

And here's how the Three Lions will be lining up in Catalonia

First up, it's over to Barcelona for the encounter between Andorra and England. Thomas Tuchel will be looking to become the visitors' fifth manager to win all three of his opening games at the helm
