This is a blow for Gattuso, who personally requested the 24-year-old’s stay at Lazio while the management was working on selling him in the summer. He has been a regular starter on the right wing, as Gustav Isaksen is still struggling to regain his best form after recently returning from groin surgery.

Gattuso will be hoping that the Italian winger’s condition is nothing serious so he can have him at his disposal when Lazio resume competitive action on October 11 by hosting Monza at the Stadio Olimpico.
