“It’s an immense source of pride; I’ve been a Porto supporter since I was born. I’m more than ready. It means a lot to be here. At every club I’ve been at, I always worked for the day FC Porto would come calling. I feel at my very best to represent it,” he said.

“I believe my experience can help the team. Playing in the top division has done me a lot of good, especially in terms of my game and my understanding of it. It has given me more experience, and I’ve come to help. On the pitch, I’m everything. What people can expect from me is that I’ll give everything for this shirt, whether defensively or with goals.
