Nottingham Forest are prepared to let André remain at Corinthians until 2027 as part of a proposed transfer, but the fee remains a sticking point.
According to Globo.com, Forest initially offered 12 million euros, about R$ 72 million, while Corinthians want 15 million pounds plus six million pounds, around R$ 40 million, in bonuses.
Forest have indicated they will not meet that valuation, though a fresh bid could be lodged in the coming days. Corinthians expect movement on Friday.
Corinthians hold 70% of André’s economic rights. Unlike the failed talks with Milan, the deal is viewed more optimistically at Parque São Jorge, with the player’s exit treated as likely by Fernando Diniz’s staff.
The transfer window in England closes next Tuesday. Corinthians are pushing to complete at least one sale in this window, having budgeted R$ 151 million from transfers in 2026.
