Official: Atalanta record signing Toure joins Parma for 2026-27

Parma have confirmed the signing of centre-forward El Bilal Toure from Atalanta on a season-long loan for 2026-27. The club said in a statement that he will spend the upcoming campaign at Parma.

Toure became Atalanta’s most expensive signing when he arrived from Almeria in summer 2023, in a deal reported at €30m. A serious knee injury severely restricted his first year in Serie A.

He joined VfB Stuttgart on loan for 2024-25, scoring two goals in 12 league appearances.

The forward then moved to Besiktas for 2025-26, registering five goals in 22 league outings in Türkiye.

This Parma switch marks his third consecutive season away from Atalanta on loan.
