Official – PSG win Ligue 1's stands championship!

This Monday, the Ligue de Football Professionnel (LFP) announced in a statement the winners of the Stand Championship in Ligue 1 and Ligue 2. AS Saint-Étienne came out on top in the second division, while Paris Saint-Germain won in the top flight.

“This year, the ranking of the highest-rated clubs for atmosphere — evaluated by the broadcaster of each match — is largely dominated by Racing Club de Lens with 131 points. Olympique Lyonnais follows in second place with 122 points, and Paris Saint-Germain is third with 121 points. As for attendance, only Paris Saint-Germain obtained the maximum possible number of points (102), followed very closely by Racing Club de Lens (101 points) and Stade Rennais FC (100 points),” writes the LFP.

We know the debates well between supporters, and we know this ranking will not please everyone. But it is based on several criteria, and it is probably no coincidence that PSG is in first place. Even if it is third for atmosphere, which some will no doubt also question, there are other strong qualities that helped it pull ahead in the overall standings. It is a great achievement for the club, which will look to do even better. This season, we are also seeing the gradual return of the Ultras in the Boulogne stand in order to further raise the level of the atmosphere. Let’s hope this continues in the right direction.
